Sexism: See It. Say It. Stop It.

Fiona is the initiator and co-founder of the Sexism: See It. Say It. Stop It. campaign launched on International Women’s Day 2013. The campaign was developed by a group of Australian women from health, media and communications, diversity, advocacy and disability backgrounds who were united in their rejection of a pervasive culture of sexism and discrimination towards women in leadership in Australia.

The group developed a national campaign to highlight this issue and call on fellow Australians – whatever their political or business interests -  to join them in refusing to condone this culture, and to demand respectful and equal treatment of our leaders, regardless of gender.
